Provide honest, objective solutions. It is OK to say no to a project. We have a fiduciary duty to our clients to offer the most appropriate solution options available. If a client insists on solutions that do not meet our quality standards, basic recommended specifications, or if you believe the client’s project does not fit within our core mission, values, and foundational principles, it is your right to decline. It very well may be the clarion call we needed to hear. We want to solve problems, not create new ones.
